The Cricket-Stats.com Team of the Seires for the West Indies vs New Zealand 2012 Twenty20 Series

The side is comprised of the best six batsmen (including a wicket keeper), an allrounder and best four bowlers.

If the top 6 batsmen do not include a wicket keeper then number 6 on that list is dropped and replaced by the wicket keeper with the best batting stats of the week.

Similarly the top four bowlers will always include at least one seam bowler and one spinner. As with the wicket keeper, if the top 4 bolwers does not include a spinner or seam bowler then the fourth bowler on the list will be replace with the best performing bowler of the type that is missing.

Batsmen

Chris Gayle and Kieron Pollard head the list as they were the only men to make 50's in the series. The rest of the batting is relatively weak given Gayle and Pollard's dominance for the West Indies and the poor showing by the New Zealand batting line-up.

Bowlers

The West Indian bowling attack was far too strong for New Zealand in this series. Narine, who struggled against England, once again showed his quality with 7 wickets to by the leading bowler in the series.
